Terms of Service | Creature Rush

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Creature Rush (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Creature Rush provides an interactive game overlay that integrates with live-streaming platforms (TikTok Live and others). The Service includes a web dashboard, a game overlay (for OBS / TikTok Live Studio), real-time event processing, and subscription billing.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between 13–17 must have a parent or guardian’s consent.
One account per person. Sharing accounts or transferring access is not allowed.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Pricing is shown at checkout in USD.
You may cancel anytime from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide refunds for partial months. Annual refund requests are evaluated case-by-case.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply to the next billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code.
Resell, sublicense, or rent the Service to third parties.
Exploit security vulnerabilities without responsibly disclosing them.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to abuse session or rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules without refund.

6. Content

You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service (game names, custom announcements, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Railway, LemonSqueezy), or force majeure may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

8. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with TikTok and other live-streaming platforms via their official APIs and third-party tools (e.g. TikFinity). We are not affiliated with TikTok. Changes to those platforms’ APIs or terms may affect functionality.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
