Creature Rush (“we”, “us”) operates the website creaturerush.com and provides an interactive live-stream game service for content creators.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, encrypted password (when signing up with email).
- OAuth data: name, email, and profile photo (when signing in with Google).
- Usage data: session timestamps, gift events, like counts, and game outcomes — for analytics shown to you.
- Billing data: handled exclusively by our payment processor (LemonSqueezy). We never see or store your card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access logs for security and debugging.
3. How we use your data
- Provide and operate the service (authentication, session tracking, analytics).
- Process subscription payments and send transactional receipts.
- Improve product reliability through anonymized error monitoring.
- Communicate important account or service updates.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not show third-party ads.
4. Third-party services
We rely on the following processors to operate the service:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting (EU region).
- Vercel — front-end hosting and edge delivery.
- Railway — WebSocket game server.
- LemonSqueezy — payment processing and invoicing.
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in provider.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. To delete your account, email support — we will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
6. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Game session data is retained for up to 12 months for analytics. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax law.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Children
Creature Rush is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
